Finding training programs that teach real world skills can be challenging.

Bay Centre offers a coach-specific training program that aligns itself with the International Coach Federation’s core competencies for training, coaching, and building a coaching practice. Our program teaches individuals, managers, executives, and HR leaders to use a coach-approach when leading others. It also trains other professionals seeking to add coaching skills to their current practice as an enhanced skill set to their work with clients.

The Real World Coaching Program consists of 10 modules of training. The program’s learning modalities include e-learning, tele-classes, classroom instruction, and cooperative study. It is important to us that our students are able to fast track their studies so that they are competent and able to apply the skills required to enter the field of coaching with the highest levels of coaching best practices.  Upon completion of the modules, the coach-in-training will enter an internship program where they will be supervised and mentored by ICF certified Master Coaches as they practice their skills with real clients.  Graduation from the Real World Coaching Program is contingent upon the successful acquiring of the PCC certification from the International Coach Federation.
