Organizational Coaching

Organizational culture:
 
Coaches and consultants working in the domain of organizational culture work with the following components:
  • how things work within the organization: the processes, policies, and systems
  • organizational needs and core competencies: what the organization values and wants present in day-to-day operations
  • what services or products does the organization produce:  how does it serve the customer or client, efficiency, cost effectiveness
  • how does the organization climate reflect the organization's values, visions, and "personality"
Organizational purpose:
 
Why an organization exists, how that purpose is reflected, and how that commitment is measured is the realm of this domain.  To be effective, an organization must know what it's business is and what it could be.
 
Individuals who make up the organization:

The success of any organization is no more or less than the collective will of the employees and leaders of the organization.  Corporate competitive advantage is directly related to how well the employees and leaders understand and embody the organization's values and core competencies.  It is also directly related to how well the organization understands itself as it imposes it's will on the employees, leaders, clients, and customers.
 
Corporate coaching is a process and methodology that addresses each of these domains with a coach approach to such things as:
